North Shore Villa Accomodation Details

Situated on the eastern edge of the village of Karsiyaka, about 10 miles (16 kilometres) west of Girne (probably better known as Kyrenia), the 2007-built North Shore Villa offers a wonderful opportunity for a relaxed holiday in beautiful and secluded surroundings. At an elevation of several hundred feet above sea level, on the side of the Kyrenia mountain range, the villa has wonderful, unobstructed views over the sea towards Southern Turkey – the coast and Taurus Mountains of which are visible when the heat haze lifts. Behind the villa the Kyrenia range presents a dramatic, sparsely developed, 1000 metre high backdrop that like the sea, really comes alive when caught by the setting sun – pure magic!

The kitchen, along with the rest of the villa, is brand new and fully equipped with all the latest mod-cons to ensure that your holiday is as luxurious and relaxing as you want it. The cooker is an integrated four ring gas hob with wall mounted electric fan oven for maximum ease of use whilst cooking. Also provided: A microwave, a tall fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, Plenty of cupboard space, a kettle, and a toaster

Living Room The Living Room has seating for up to six people. One of the sofas converts into a double bed so the villa can sleep eight guests, by special arrangement. There is an open log fire for those cooler evenings. Dining Area The dining area joins onto the living room, and has seating around a dining table for six people. It is fully air conditioned (which also serves the living room).

Bedrooms The villa has two fantastic air conditioned double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The main bedroom also has walk-in wardrobe and the second has fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is an air conditioned twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. All three bedrooms are freshly decorated (indeed, built!) and are tiled throughout. There is also a separate shower room. Guests are advised to bring adaptors for electric shavers etc.

Swimming Pool and patio North Shore Villa has it's own amazing eight metres long, four metres wide infinity swimming pool. If you have ever been in an infinity pool you'll know how brilliant they are - it feels as if the pool extends to the sea on the horizon! The pool is surrounded on three sides by a sun terrace, and sun loungers are provided for your sunbathing pleasure. There is an arched, covered section for relaxing in the shade and also a custom-built BBQ.
